This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Support in identifying and acquiring new clients by aligning their cybersecurity requirements with Recorded Future’s solutions.
• Recognize growth opportunities within current accounts, such as upgrades, renewals, and cross-sells, while assisting in tracking these initiatives in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Account Directors, Customer Success) to guarantee that customers derive maximum value from Recorded Future’s solutions.
• Aid in prospecting and outreach efforts to potential new clients, ensuring their cybersecurity needs match Recorded Future’s offerings.
• Assist in delivering solution demonstrations and sales presentations, learning to effectively convey the value of Recorded Future’s products to potential clients.
• Collaborate with channel partners to identify new business prospects and broaden the customer pipeline.
• Contribute to the development and presentation of sales proposals that are aligned with customer needs and objectives, gaining experience in crafting persuasive business cases.
• Assist in the negotiation and closing processes, providing support throughout the sales cycle.
• Monitor and manage sales activities within Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasts and updates on opportunities.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.
• Strong enthusiasm for cybersecurity and sales, with a keen desire to advance within the industry and learn about Recorded Future’s solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers and internal teams.
• Self-driven and eager to learn, with a passion for sales and ensuring customer success.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to understand customer needs and assist in solution development.
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to contributing to team success.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
