Associate Account Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic direction for client portfolios to achieve business objectives

• Develop and sustain senior-level client relationships

• Oversee account budgets, forecasts, and overall performance metrics

• Guide and mentor account teams to enhance their skills and confidence

• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Media leads to execute integrated campaigns

• Identify new growth opportunities within current accounts

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and address them promptly

• Assist in new business initiatives through proposals and pitches

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications

• 6–9 years of experience in agency or client leadership roles

• 1–2 years of direct team management experience

• Proficiency across retail, digital, media, and traditional channels

• Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot, and Google Workspace is preferred
