This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in brand planning and strategic development for HCP, Patient, and Medical Marketing initiatives.

• Convert field insights and real-world feedback into data-driven enhancements for programs.

• Oversee the execution of Advisory Boards from beginning to end, which includes recruitment, facilitation, and the reporting of insights.

• Ensure the success of peer-to-peer and patient ambassador programs, which involves speaker selection, coaching, event coordination, tracking, and reporting.

• Conduct market research in the field to inform or validate brand strategies.

• Oversee the management of assigned marketing campaigns and programs from initial concept to execution.

• Manage relationships and deliverables with agency partners.

• Guide promotional materials through the review process.

• Serve as the Marketing liaison to aligned sales teams, educating them on brand programs.

• Develop regional business engagement plans and programs for gathering insights.

• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.

• Identify and engage emerging KOLs, patients, and caregivers for potential brand partnerships.

• Secure participation from KOLs and patient ambassadors for congresses, events, and other programs.

• Report engagement insights to Marketing, Sales, and commercial leadership.

• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations and participate in trend and sentiment analysis.

• Share insights with the Commercial Analytics team.

• Manage Patient Ambassador and Influencer programs, encompassing strategy, operations, agency management, contracting, needs assessment, content creation, and events.

• Lead activities for Speaker Bureau or Patient Ambassador/Influencer, including nomination, selection, contracting, training, utilization, and coaching.

• Manage strategic Medical Marketing initiatives through ideation, development, approval, execution, optimization, and evolution.

• Lead content development for peer-to-peer programs, product theaters, patient/caregiver programs, speaker and field training, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with regional Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams to execute brand strategy.

• Adhere to and assist in evolving Field Playbook guidelines.

• Work in conjunction with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific, or a related field AND 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and sales strongly preferred OR a Master's degree AND 8+ years of similar experience preferred.

• Experience in a therapeutic area is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills and a diplomatic approach, with the ability to merge scientific knowledge and communication abilities.

• Strong clinical understanding.

• Comprehensive understanding of legal, compliance, and regulatory environments in pharmaceutical promotions, industry guidelines, and related matters.

• Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships with medical, legal, regulatory, advocacy, compliance, marketing, and corporate communications teams.

• Demonstrated abilities in strategic thinking, initiative, problem-solving, and creativity applied to product positioning and messaging.

• Capability to maintain strategic alignment in a constantly changing environment.

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

• Technical/business expertise with the ability to solve complex problems and execute cross-functional initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of relevant areas of expertise.

• Understanding of departmental interconnections to support business objectives and mentor colleagues.
