This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist in the organizational and coordinative support of project teams.

• You will take on quality control once development is completed.

• You will ensure that the developed features are delivered flawlessly to the client.

• You will document project progress and maintain relevant project documents.

• You will contribute to the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and coordination appointments.

• You will help understand client needs and translate them into clear requirements.

• You will assist in identifying project risks and documenting potential solutions.

• You will work with modern project management tools such as Notion, Linear, or Jira.

• You will take minutes during meetings and follow up on open tasks.

• You will create presentation and reporting materials.

• You will assist with general administrative and organizational tasks within the project environment.

• You will gain practical experience in applying agile methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed training, a degree, or have comparable practical experience in the fields of computer science, business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or a related area.

• You have an interest in IT projects and organizational processes.

• You possess initial knowledge of project management methods (e.g., from your studies or practical projects).

• You have strong communication skills in German and also possess good English language skills.

• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner.

• You are proficient in using common Office applications.

• You enjoy documentation, coordination, and teamwork.

• You have initial experience in project environments or administrative tasks.

• You have basic knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.

• You are interested in digital products and IT topics.

• You have knowledge of BPMN or other modeling methods.

• You have experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.

• You demonstrate a self-directed and meticulous working style.
