This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies aimed at generating B2C leads for the acquisition team;
• Manage and optimize campaigns utilizing a variety of tools integrated with the CRM;
• Analyze and segment databases to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant target audiences with the highest conversion potential;
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analysis and feedback from the acquisition team;
• Ensure that the acquisition team has a consistent flow of qualified leads to work with;
• Set up workflows in the CRM, email sequences, email marketing, and other actions focused on acquiring B2C leads;
• Develop and implement outbound marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and automation, aimed at generating B2B leads for the acquisition team;
• Create and optimize persuasive copy for email campaigns, automation sequences, and other materials, focusing on conversion;
• Manage and optimize email campaigns and nurturing flows using a variety of tools integrated with our CRM;
• Analyze and segment databases to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant target audiences with the highest conversion potential;
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analysis and feedback from the acquisition team;
• Ensure that the acquisition team has a consistent flow of qualified leads to work with;
• Stay updated on B2B marketing trends, copywriting, and technology, applying new techniques and tools as necessary;
• Set up workflows in the CRM, email sequences, email marketing, and other actions focused on acquiring B2B leads.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields;
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create clear and objective texts;
• Knowledge of CRM and/or marketing automation platforms;
• Analytical skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets);
• Proficiency in reading English;
• Quick learning ability with software;
• Enjoy collaboration between marketing and sales teams;
• Ability to create engaging and persuasive advertising content (desirable);
• Knowledge of acquisition strategies (desirable);
• Understanding of copywriting techniques and mental triggers applied to emails and CTAs (Calls-to-Action) (desirable);
• Basic knowledge of A/B testing for campaign optimization (desirable);
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards using Google Looker Studio (desirable);
• Ability to analyze essential campaign performance metrics (KPIs) (desirable);
• Experience in building and maintaining relevant and updated email lists in CRM systems (desirable);
• Skills in planning, implementing, and evaluating email marketing campaigns focused on conversion (desirable).
