This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the leads generated by the brokerage, assess the client's profile, and understand their needs.

• Conduct insurance quotations swiftly and accurately.

• Negotiate with clients, providing the best conditions and insurance solutions.

• Send proposals through the Teleport platform or directly to insurance companies.

• Work with new insurance policies and/or renewals.

• Deliver personalized service, ensuring a unique experience for the client.

• Meet sales targets, driving the company's growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed high school education.

• Previous experience in sales or negotiation within the insurance market (preferably in automobile insurance).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, focused on providing a humanized service and excellence in customer experience.

• Proactivity, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic and challenging environment.

• Comfort in working with targets and challenges, always striving to exceed expectations.

• Availability to work remotely and self-organize in a flexible environment.

• Experience in selling insurance with leads generated through digital channels will be an asset.

• Familiarity with social media and digital tools, with the ability to use these platforms to prospect new clients.

• Knowledge of CRM tools and the Teleport platform to optimize service and proposal management.
