Assistant Works Supervisor – Landscape Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and organization of landscape maintenance initiatives

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of field teams

• Create and manage work schedules

• Develop weekly schedules based on client orders and operational priorities

• Offer technical support to teams and aid in their skill development

• Track service progress and relay necessary information for project management

• Collaborate with the Design Office and share productivity metrics

• Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction

• Aid the Works Supervisor in the administrative oversight of operations

• Engage in the financial management of projects and monitor performance metrics

• Assist in budget management and resource optimization

• Source and negotiate the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services

• Prepare documentation for activity monitoring and reporting

• Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards

• Uphold hygiene, health and safety, and preventive regulations

• Contribute to the Group’s “Zero Accident” goal

• Engage in the ongoing improvement of work practices and methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in landscape design and maintenance

• Proven experience in work supervision or as an assistant in works supervision, including internships

• In-depth technical knowledge of landscape maintenance

• Enjoy hands-on fieldwork while managing the administrative aspects of operations

• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to unify teams

• Capacity to mentor employees and share knowledge

• Ability to collaborate with field teams, the Design Office, management, and support functions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Valid driving license is required
