Assistant Vice President – Technology, IBG and Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee extensive Operations Digitalization and AI-driven transformation initiatives across key Operations divisions, including Trade Finance, Compliance, Retail Banking Operations, Corporate Banking Operations, and Shared Services.

• Establish and implement the Agentic AI and AI/ML engineering strategy for Operations.

• Ensure that business objectives are achieved through scalable, secure, and ethical AI solutions.

• Serve as a liaison between Operations, Technology, and Data.

• Guarantee that all project milestones are met within the established schedule and budget while minimizing risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.

• In-depth knowledge of the Financial Services sector.

• Proficiency in functional and technology aspects of applications within the cluster.

• Experience in developing and maintaining large, complex systems.

• Awareness of the latest technology trends pertinent to the cluster.

• Experience managing cross-border teams.

• Strong organizational, team-building, and leadership skills.

• Senior Stakeholder Management experience.

• Technology certification is a plus.
