This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design strategic deals and solutions for substantial healthcare initiatives, converting intricate client challenges into leading value propositions within the industry.
• Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for the Payment Integrity SGU, offering executive governance and oversight to enhance growth and market entry.
• Manage high-stakes client negotiations and deal structuring (RFP/RFI/RFQ), uniting cross-functional global teams (delivery, account, sales, implementation, analytics, technology, operations, finance, leadership) to provide customized enterprise solutions.
• Perform comprehensive research and analysis on potential clients and the healthcare sector (Payer & provider).
• Propel thorough due diligence and account strategies, pinpoint growth opportunities, and aid in crafting client strategies to boost market share and elevate revenue.
• Formulate pricing strategies, frameworks, and commercial models that balance competitive advantage with sustainable business profitability.
• Oversee sophisticated industry research and competitive analysis to foresee Payer/Provider shifts and establish the organization as a market frontrunner.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or engineering.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in strategy, presales, bid management, consulting, or growth roles within the healthcare or health-tech sectors.
• Strong comprehension of the US healthcare ecosystem, Payer & Provider market, claims lifecycle, and payment integrity domain.
• Familiarity with analytics, digital transformation, and outsourcing models in healthcare.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in both payer and provider environments.
• Knowledge of claims auditing and the PI business.
• Proficient in Excel and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Expertise in solution development and executive-level communication.
