This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring that marketing objectives are clearly understood, communicated, and implemented.
• Build and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, offering strategic advice across various marketing channels.
• Convert client objectives into actionable, data-informed marketing strategies.
• Manage multi-channel digital campaigns, encompassing paid social, paid search, SEO, display advertising, online video, and direct mail.
• Contribute to campaign performance reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews by analyzing data and insights in collaboration with analytics and media teams.
• Spot growth opportunities within current accounts and assist in upselling or cross-selling services.
• Collaborate with media, strategy, analytics, data operations, and creative teams to ensure timely delivery that meets client expectations.
• Create campaign briefs and facilitate kickoff calls for new projects.
• Prepare Scopes of Work and oversee the contract process through to execution.
• Manage client financials, initiate invoicing, and prepare forecasting documents.
• Update internal and client status documents and conduct project update calls.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews of campaign performance.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, marketing innovations, and analytics technologies.
• Work with internal team leaders to enhance cross-team processes and templates.
• 12–15+ years of account management experience within a marketing or advertising agency, with a focus on digital and direct mail marketing.
• Knowledge of performance marketing, media planning/buying, and execution of media campaigns.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns for clients in sectors such as insurance, banking, financial services, or healthcare.
• Capability to interpret and act upon marketing analytics, conversion metrics, and attribution models.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, Trade Desk, LiveRamp, or similar platforms; direct hands-on experience is not a requirement.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including media platforms and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
• Familiarity with martech stacks and customer relationship management (CRM) systems utilized in regulated industries.
• Strong grasp of audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Wrike, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing budgets in the six- to seven-figure range is advantageous.
