Assistant Relationship Manager – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Acquire skills to onboard, provide service, and sell products to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and Family Office clients in a dynamic setting.

• Gain insights into customer requirements and learn to craft suitable solutions tailored to their specific situations and risk tolerance.

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients following an initial training period. Learn how to expand your client portfolio and prioritize client opportunities to enhance revenue growth for the firm across various product lines.

• Participate in regional events to promote the Xapo brand and discover methods for generating new leads.

• Assist senior team members in nurturing customer relationships and achieving team objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of relevant work experience is advantageous.

• Strong interest in Bitcoin and/or cryptocurrency.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive mindset.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
