This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assisting the Regional Sales Manager in reaching sales goals by leading a small team of sales professionals.
• Managing sales operations within a specified region.
• Aiding in the creation and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue objectives and enhance market presence.
• Collaborating with the sales team to discover and pursue new business opportunities.
• Establishing and nurturing customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Helping to monitor sales performance, analyze market dynamics, and provide insights and suggestions for enhancements.
• Offering administrative assistance, generating sales reports, and supporting sales training and development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of sales principles.
• Proven track record of successful sales skills, including cold calling.
• In-depth knowledge of products and services related to the printing industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to promote teamwork.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Solid working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
• At least three years of experience concentrated on sales and sales management activities.
