This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take charge of the complete hiring process for assigned positions, from initial intake to final closure.
• Develop talent pipelines from the ground up through direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.
• Influence hiring decisions with definitive signals rather than relying solely on interview feedback.
• Ensure the hiring process remains efficient by eliminating delays, pursuing feedback, and successfully closing candidates.
• Revamp interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to elevate the standards of hiring.
• Enhance recruitment processes to boost speed, quality, and consistency throughout the hiring journey.
• Strengthen the employer brand through effective content creation, communication, and positive candidate experiences.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, whether in-house or at an agency.
• A proven history of successfully closing roles in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional sourcing skills—capable of generating pipelines independently of inbound methods.
• Strong judgment skills to identify top candidates beyond their resumes.
• Ability to handle multiple roles efficiently while maintaining speed and consistency.
• Openness to challenge and enhance existing processes for better outcomes.
• Clear and direct communication skills with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and maintaining high expectations.
