This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee a high-volume transaction pipeline including renewals, relocations, expansions, consolidations, and exits, while driving milestones from strategy to execution.
• Facilitate daily deliverables in collaboration with the national brokerage partner, landlords, and vendors, ensuring the use of consistent templates and complete deal documentation.
• Create decision packages that summarize options, financials, concessions, risks, and recommended next steps for business executives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, Workplace/Facilities, and Security to synchronize approvals, conduct due diligence, and ensure readiness activities are completed.
• Assist with LOI/lease review by confirming that negotiated terms align with drafts and that necessary exhibits are complete.
• Keep precise records of transaction stages, dates, and key terms in CoStar; generate pipeline and critical-date reports.
• Ensure smooth transitions for buildouts and relocations, confirming that executed terms are documented and stored according to standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting commercial real estate transactions (including corporate, brokerage, transaction management, or portfolio/lease consulting).
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial leases, negotiations, and deal economics (rent structure, CAM/OPEX, escalations, options, TI/free rent).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to create executive-ready summaries.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Experience with multi-market portfolios and CoStar (or similar commercial real estate platform) for transaction tracking and reporting is preferred.
