Assistant Project Manager – Construction Project Coordination

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Provide remote services to clients across the globe, focusing primarily on developed markets.

• Aid clients in enhancing business efficiency and improving service delivery.

• Support numerous ongoing commercial construction projects.

• Keep project documentation, compliance records, and estimating support well-maintained.

• Oversee Capital Improvement Certificates (CICs), subcontractor Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and permits.

• Assist in estimating, bid leveling activities, and project controls utilizing Procore.

• Coordinate procurement and administrative tasks, including the distribution of construction documents.

• Ensure project files are organized and maintain consistent naming conventions in OneDrive.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or project administration.

• Prior experience supporting a General Contractor or commercial construction firm is preferred.

• Proficiency in using Procore is highly desired.

• Strong knowledge of construction documentation and project workflows.

• Experience in maintaining compliance documentation such as COIs and permits.

• Familiarity with estimating support, bid documentation, and material takeoffs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.

• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup.

• Software proficiency: Procore, Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Teams, Planner, OneDrive), Microsoft Office 365, Email, Microsoft Teams.
