This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the management of construction efforts within a PMO framework.
• Oversee project timelines, task durations, progress updates, sequencing, forecasts, delays, risks, and potential opportunities.
• Support construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Aid in the procurement and ordering of electrical, lighting, and HVAC equipment.
• Evaluate construction plans for thoroughness and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on shop drawings and submittals.
• Perform regular site visits to ensure construction aligns with contract drawings and specifications.
• Engage in store setup and build-out activities, including managing temporary labor and installing fixtures as well as stocking supplies.
• Maintain communication and contact with vendors.
• Compile daily and weekly project status updates.
• Participate in meetings with consultants and vendors, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Facilitate project turnover documentation, recordkeeping, retention, and closeout procedures.
• Uphold LaserAway brand standards in both virtual and in-person engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Google Suite Applications, Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of the permitting process.
• Familiarity with construction best practices, commercial tenant improvement construction methods, and general building codes.
• Capability to perform and oversee general labor tasks, including loading and unloading boxes and equipment and mounting various fixtures.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with an analytical problem-solving mindset.
• Competence in executing assigned responsibilities independently.
• Must be able to climb a ladder for roof access.
• Must be capable of lifting boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $85,000 (Exempt).
