This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation and production of supplementary products, guided by the Associate General Manager and Senior Product Manager.
• Support the Senior Product Manager in developing curriculum for print materials, videos, app integration, teacher resources, and alignment with USCCB.
• Enhance curriculum and instructional content by assessing materials, developing outlines, drafting initial versions, and collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Infuse creative energy and insights into product aesthetics, design, and overall branding as required.
• Aid in assessing customer and market insights, partner with Marketing to gather and analyze research, and assist in formulating recommendations for future editions and new products.
• Ensure effective and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Contribute to the collection, maintenance, and analysis of metrics to monitor project status and demonstrate effectiveness and impact.
• Product Documentation: develop and maintain product documentation and filing systems that support the development and launch of curriculum and supplementary products.
• Product Launch: work with marketing to ensure a seamless transition from product development to product launch.
• Quality Control: engage in review processes that guarantee curriculum and supplementary products are accurate, consistent, and prepared for publication.
• Project Budgets: assist in the creation, tracking, and reporting of project budgets and keep budget records for assigned projects.
• Help manage project timelines and resource needs for curriculum and supplementary products; collaborate with the Project Manager to communicate and secure necessary resources.
• Continuous Improvement: contribute to the ongoing evaluation of project management best practices to identify and share innovative ideas for process enhancement.
• Additional projects and tasks as assigned.
• BS/BA degree in Business, Theology, Education, Curriculum, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in product or content development, project management, editing, or a related area.
• Capability to drive a project forward with a servant-leader approach.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in standard project management tools and templates.
• Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management skills and keen attention to detail.
• Collaborative spirit, able to work effectively with individuals of diverse personalities and skill sets.

• Willingness to travel to the Ascension office in Exton, PA, and to other project sites (when applicable) is required.
