• Assist in defining and enhancing GM’s Next Best Action strategy throughout the owner lifecycle, aligned with business objectives, customer requirements, and growth prospects.
• Cultivate robust partnerships with stakeholders across marketing, product, analytics, finance, data, privacy, and business units to pinpoint where NBA can deliver significant value.
• Convert business priorities into a well-defined customer strategy, prioritization frameworks, and use cases for NBA.
• Collaborate with execution and platform teams to implement strategies effectively while maintaining a focus on business goals and customer outcomes.
• Foster a strong culture of testing and learning, encompassing hypothesis development, test design, readouts, and recommendations on what to scale, refine, or discontinue.
• Assist in defining the integration of rules-based logic, customer signals, and AI-driven decision-making to enhance relevance and performance.
• Ensure NBA strategies are centered on generating incremental value, enhancing customer experience, and achieving measurable business impact—not merely campaign outcomes.
• Proactively identify gaps, opportunities, and innovative ideas with a proactive mindset towards action and continuous improvement.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer growth, or similar roles.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to link customer strategy to commercial results.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and establishing credibility with a diverse range of stakeholders and business teams.
• Proven track record of leading or contributing to test-and-learn initiatives, experimentation, optimization, or performance enhancement efforts.
• Ability to clarify ambiguous problems, structure them effectively, and advance work with minimal guidance.
• Genuine interest in and aptitude for learning about Next Best Action, personalization, customer decision-making, and contemporary CRM capabilities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, including the talent to transform insights and strategy into actionable recommendations.
