Assistant Manager – Investigations, Payments Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Ensure that timely Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) is conducted for all CPC processes and uploaded in PRISM for UAE and IBG locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of investigation query messages, including returns of funds, unable to apply, amendment, BCNR, recall, RFI, and back valuation.

• Familiarity with both outward and inward remittance processes.

• Conduct quality checks for CPC processes and produce Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards.

• Analyze recurring queries and collaborate with managers to propose process enhancements aimed at minimizing repetitive queries.

• Provide constructive feedback to the processing team.
