This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, ensuring a smooth and high-quality client experience.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Grasp client business objectives, brand positioning, and market challenges to offer effective solutions and recommendations.
• Oversee comprehensive account servicing, including project planning, execution, delivery, and post-delivery support.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, operations, strategy, product, and delivery to guarantee timely and successful project completion.
• Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards while proactively addressing risks and escalations.
• Formulate account growth strategies by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
• Work alongside brand and marketing teams to ensure campaigns and initiatives are in line with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Deliver reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Monitor key account metrics, client feedback, and service quality to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in business development efforts by participating in client presentations, proposals, and strategic discussions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
• 4–12 years of pertinent experience in **Account Management, Client Servicing, Brand Management, or Client Relationship Management**.
• Strong grasp of client lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to revenue enhancement.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or project management tools is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is a plus.
