This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage maintenance operations at a single location, ensuring the reliability and performance of engineering assets.
• Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to safety protocols, conducting training sessions, and performing audits.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Oversee and mentor maintenance technicians, cultivating a collaborative and inclusive team atmosphere.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for maintenance-related matters, ensuring coordination between RME and Operations teams.
• Guarantee 100% compliance with training requirements and maintain precise data within the CMMS.
• Minimum of 3 years in a management position supervising maintenance teams and multi-site operations, exhibiting strong leadership, commitment to safety, and effective communication skills.
• Skilled in preventive and predictive maintenance as well as repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment, adhering to established standards.
• Must possess the flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, as dictated by operational demands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field (preferred) OR a minimum of 5 years of pertinent management experience.
• Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, PMP) is a plus.
• Proficient in conveyor systems and robotics utilized in logistics and fulfillment centers.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., crouching, kneeling, bending, and reaching as necessary to install, relocate, or maintain equipment, including the use of aerial lifts or ladders.
• Able to perform tasks while wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which may include hard hats, face masks, face shields, and composite toe shoes.
• Must be able to walk 6-12 miles daily, including climbing stairs or navigating multiple floors, to perform work across various sites.
• Capable of performing duties in varying temperatures and diverse warehouse environments and able to type on a computer for 1-2 hours each day.
