This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Formulate and execute strategic account plans to meet sales goals and achieve business objectives.
• Generate sales forecasts, budgets, and business reviews for major accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (such as trade marketing, customer service, and finance) to ensure effective implementation of account-specific initiatives and efficiently resolve client issues.
• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts (Petrol Marts & KK Mart).
• Participate in client presentations, meetings, and negotiations.
• Experience in Key Account Management with Petrol Marts and KK Mart is a distinct advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong capability to build rapport and cultivate positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and recognizing business opportunities.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing issues, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment.
• Self-driven and capable of taking initiatives to support account growth and management.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and adapt to shifting priorities.
