This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Offer legal counsel, advice, and guidance to the organization regarding client and vendor agreements.

• Create, assess, and negotiate a significant number of strategic contracts.

• Recognize and mitigate legal and commercial risks present in contracts.

• Effectively manage and resolve disputes related to contracts and litigation issues.

• Provide mentorship and support to other members within the legal department.

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

• Authorized to practice law in good standing according to the state bar of the attorney's work location.

• At least 15 years of pertinent experience, including work with a multinational corporation and in the healthcare sector or related industries.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities, particularly in business communication with senior leadership.

• In-depth understanding of essential legal principles and tactics for negotiations.

• Extensive experience with contract management software and other technological tools that support contract operations.
