This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate student participation in discussions and assessments, providing appropriate responses based on guidance and training from the lead instructor.
• Aid in the management of student communications.
• Refer unique issues to the lead instructor for further action.
• Support grading and offer constructive feedback.
• Track student engagement levels and suggest methods to enhance participation.
• Deliver tutoring, live sessions, or additional student support as necessary.
• Assist in outreach efforts to students.
• Create supplementary support materials, videos, and job aids as requested.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Report to key Faculty positions within the assigned team.
• Applications must include unofficial transcripts for full consideration.
• Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration, Health Care Administration, Health Services Management, Health Science, Public Health, or a related HSA discipline.
• Alternatively, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health Services Administration and at least 18 graduate semester credit hours in HSA.
• Alternatively, a Doctor of Medicine Degree (MD or DO), Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, Doctor of Health Service Administration, or a similar field is preferred.
• Professional experience in the relevant field is preferred and may be mandatory based on course credentialing standards.
• Previous teaching experience is required.
• Experience in online teaching is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Effective collaboration with faculty, coaches, and learners.
• Proven time management capabilities.
• Skills in relationship-building, customer service, and problem resolution.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and commitment to follow-through.
• Experience accommodating diverse learning styles.
• Proficient in using technology to enhance learning.
• Ability to access information via a computer.
• Effective communication throughout the management chain.
• Capability to handle stressful situations effectively.
• Consistent attendance is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High mental acuity.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
