This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Lead a team of Recruiters dedicated to sourcing and placing professionals across the United States.
• Supervise and enhance the entire recruitment process to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to compliance.
• Recognize and apply improvements to workflows.
• Create training programs, best practices, tools, templates, and resources for recruiters.
• Manage recruitment technology, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assess recruitment strategies and operations through data analysis and metrics.
• Produce reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Direct and oversee recruitment coordinators, administrators, and support personnel.
• Offer guidance, training, and support to cultivate a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Monitor departmental metrics, reporting, production targets, individual performance, and overall metrics.
• Implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to develop staffing and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with other Human Resources functions.
• Enhance the candidate experience and address concerns affecting field professionals.
• Participate in and take ownership of the interview, selection, and onboarding procedures.
• Formulate strategic initiatives and action plans to achieve professional volume and profit objectives.
• Align long-term team objectives with short-term individual goals.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the service industry and/or business management is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity is required.
• Staffing experience is essential.
• Knowledge and experience in the education industry are preferred.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with computer operations and applications, including MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment technologies, including ATS, is important.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Capability to identify and resolve challenges within the recruitment process.
• Strong organizational and project management competencies.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and emerging trends in recruitment.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• An Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to effectively perform the essential functions of the role is acceptable.
