Assistant Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with the Finance team to support the VP Finance & Controller in delivering prompt and precise monthly and annual reporting requirements.

• Undertakes various financial and supervisory duties.

• Oversees members of the Finance team and promotes ongoing enhancements of financial systems.

• Directs and organizes the monthly and annual closing processes, which include account reconciliations and financial reporting to the parent company.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.

• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting.

• Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.

• Familiarity with ERP and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Cognos Controller).

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
