Asset Recovery Transportation Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily activities related to vehicle transportation and delivery

• Organize and track vehicle shipments and transfers

• Liaise with transport carriers, recovery agents, auctions, clients, and internal teams

• Keep accurate transportation records and documentation

• Address transportation-related challenges and enhance operational efficiency

• Provide prompt updates regarding vehicle status and transportation milestones

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in at least one of the following areas: Vehicle repossession, Asset recovery, Vehicle transportation, Automotive logistics, Vehicle remarketing, or Auto auctions (such as Copart, IAA, Manheim, etc.)

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications

• Capability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic remote setting

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office

• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills

• Must reside within the United States
