Asset Manager – Foreclosure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Integrate new foreclosure referrals into internal systems (Equator) for processing sales.

• Efficiently list and promote foreclosure properties on Hubzu as sales are scheduled.

• Gather and verify property information (bed/bath count, lot size, property type, etc.) from public records and online resources.

• Collaborate with vendors to arrange for marketing photographs; assess and upload images to Hubzu.

• Liaise with foreclosure attorneys, trustee offices, and internal teams to secure bidding instructions and sale clearances.

• Develop and revise bidding packages for upcoming foreclosure auctions.

• Work with auctioneers to ensure sales are executed according to the specified instructions.

• Receive results from foreclosure sales and update internal systems with precise status and outcome information.

• Maintain timely and accurate system updates throughout the foreclosure process.

• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and client-mandated SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in foreclosure processing, auction support, real estate operations, or mortgage servicing.

• Fundamental understanding of foreclosure and auction procedures.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage repetitive tasks.

• Capability to handle moderate to high volumes without errors.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for time-sensitive coordination.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, basic reporting).

• Comfort with using multiple systems and adapting to new tools (Equator, Hubzu).
