This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee a continuous 18-month forecast of lease asset demand, collaborating with the JSSI Technical team regarding scheduled maintenance activities, customer contracts, and expected needs.
• Develop and oversee the asset availability schedule, monitoring assets that are leased, undergoing maintenance, in storage, or ready for deployment.
• Ensure a precise understanding of asset airworthiness status and integrate constraints into the planning process.
• Detect possible supply shortages and coordinate alternative solutions.
• Address unforeseen lease demands by adjusting priorities and reallocating assets within the portfolio.
• Verify asset requirements, configuration, and delivery location, then initiate lease processes.
• Draft and execute lease agreements in partnership with JSSI Legal and verify valid Certificates of Insurance prior to shipment.
• Organize shipping and logistics while acting as the primary contact for the customer throughout the lease duration.
• Manage monthly billing, lease-hour documentation, and prompt invoicing.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and oversee post-lease inspections, returns, and redeployment transitions.
• Maintain accurate records in AvSight and Traxxall throughout the complete asset lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Legal, Finance, Logistics, Tech, and Maintenance & Airworthiness teams.
• Engage in planning reviews and offer insights into fleet coverage and associated risks.
• Assist in developing operating procedures, customer documentation, and the lease operations manual.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in aviation operations, planning, leasing, or client-oriented asset management.
• Proficient in managing dynamic forward schedules and complex, multi-party transactions from initiation to closure.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple assets, timelines, stakeholders, and ongoing lease activities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for technical, commercial, and customer-facing audiences.
• Familiarity with planning, scheduling, or operational documentation systems; quick adaptability to proprietary platforms.
• Preferred: experience in aviation, MRO, aerospace, or capital-intensive asset management.
• Preferred: knowledge of engine or aircraft maintenance cycles, airworthiness standards, lease agreements, and logbook practices.
• Preferred: experience with Traxxall, AvSight, or similar aviation maintenance and inventory management systems.
• Preferred: background in coordinating Certificates of Insurance and logistics for high-value equipment.
