ASL<> English Interpreters

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver precise and prompt interpretation services

• Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare professionals

• Conduct both simultaneous and consecutive interpreting

• Ensure the correct application of medical terminology

• Promote clear and culturally sensitive communication in healthcare environments

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months to 3 years of professional interpretation experience (this is essential; please include your interpretation experience on your resume for consideration)

• Demonstrated proficiency in the Medical or Legal fields

• Availability for Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) or scheduled appointments

• Strong listening, note-taking, and memory retention abilities

• A professional setup that complies with HIPAA regulations

• Wired USB headset equipped with noise cancellation

• Internet connection with at least 10 Mbps upload speed and 20 Mbps download speed
