This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support regarding inquiries related to home internet services and fixed-line telephony.

• Handle requests for plan changes or service installations.

• Address questions regarding billed items and contracted products.

• Participate in a 22-day remote training program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• No prior professional experience is required.

• Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts.

• Willingness to take rotating days off.

• Capability to work 100% remotely.

• 8 hours of work plus 1 hour of break time.
