Asesor Ventas, Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage in sales by contacting individuals via phone to transition their service to Claro.

• Take on the role of Sales Advisor at the call center for Claro, working remotely.

• Participate in paid training sessions to fulfill your role and qualify for promotions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in sales, call center, or retention roles.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, with Sundays off.

• Must have Windows 10 or 11.

• Intel Core i5 or higher.

• At least 8GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection of 50MB.

• USB headset required.

• Secondary education is necessary.

• Call center skills, achievement orientation, time management, sales acumen, communication and persuasion abilities, and initiative are essential.
