This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Reach out to customers of our Claro operator to gauge their satisfaction with the current service.

• Provide sales services aligned with the solutions offered.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center sales.

• Completed high school education.

• Must have a PC/LAPTOP.

• Wired internet connection required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor should be Core i3, 5th generation.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.

• USB-compatible headphones are necessary.

• Camera must be on during training (mandatory).
