This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
β’ Respond to customer interactions across various support channels by providing concrete and effective solutions.
β’ Record and follow up on customer incidents and complaints using the appropriate support platforms.
β’ Promptly inform the supervisor and team about incidents and events that affect the processes of different brands, preventing satisfactory customer service.
β’ Proactively notify the supervisor and team of any improvement opportunities identified through customer interactions.
β’ Professionals from fields such as Administration, Marketing, Services, Business, Industrial Engineering, and other related disciplines.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
β’ Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word.
β’ Basic knowledge of English is desirable.
β’ Excellent writing skills and reading comprehension.
