This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to clients for a new telecommunications company

• Perform duties in a contact center within the telecommunications sector

• Work remotely during the evening shift

• Engage in the selection and training process

• Offer support and negotiate with customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid ID (DNI)

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Good communication skills and negotiation abilities

• Availability to work remotely during the evening shift

• Operational PC/laptop with a webcam during the training selection process

• Stable fixed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps

• Must reside in Lima, Chiclayo, or Piura

• Secondary education completed

• Professional experience is not required
