Artist Relations, Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Engage with artists through Instagram, email, and other authorized communication methods.

• Follow up with previously contacted artists.

• Provide timely and professional responses to incoming messages from artists.

• Assist in managing ongoing communications with artists to ensure conversations progress smoothly.

• Aid in the company's transition from social media-based outreach to a more structured email outreach approach.

• Support the process of guiding artists through the booking and approval pipeline.

• Monitor and update artist status across internal sheets and systems.

• Help coordinate next steps for approved artists, including follow-ups for any missing information, assets, or responses.

• Manage routine correspondence across outreach, bookings, and operations-related email accounts.

• Review, organize, and respond to standard messages as appropriate.

• Research artists, venues, and relevant leads based on provided sources and internal guidance.

• Accurately update booking sheets, artist trackers, and internal databases.

• Maintain accurate records by eliminating duplicates, correcting errors, and keeping systems current.

• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and see them through to completion.

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.

• Proficient in written English communication.

• Comfortable with repetitive administrative and coordination tasks.

• Capable of working independently while maintaining productivity throughout the workday.

• Proactive, dependable, and responsive.

• Familiar with using spreadsheets, trackers, and organized systems.

• Eager to learn and continuously improve.

• Willing to ask questions when in doubt rather than making assumptions.

• Passionate about music, live events, entertainment, or artist development.

🏝️ Benefits

• Performance reviews every three months, with the potential for an additional bonus of 100,000 PKR ($500 CAD) each quarter.

• Maximum annual compensation of up to 1.6 million PKR per year ($8,000 CAD).
