Artist Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the care and strategic growth of your artists.

• Conduct research and select brands that align authentically with our talents.

• Negotiate, coordinate, and implement collaborations with our clients.

• Serve as the primary liaison among artists, the internal team, and clients.

• Organize photo and video shoots and, when necessary, provide event support.

• Review and negotiate contracts, fees, and usage rights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience specifically in artist management (excluding marketing agencies or similar roles).

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience in direct influencer management (direct-to-creator).

• A strong passion for artist partnerships along with a keen instinct for people and trends.

• Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a high level of tact.

• Clear and direct communication skills with the ability to engage with artists and brands on an equal level.

• A structured and independent working style coupled with excellent organizational skills.

• A proactive attitude to drive initiatives forward and take on responsibilities.

• Ideally located in Hamburg or Berlin.
