Art Director – Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute creative projects of medium and high complexity

• Design and modify key visuals (KVs) and marketing campaigns

• Produce visual assets for both online and offline platforms

• Ensure that all deliverables adhere to Flash’s Brand Guidelines

• Offer ideas, references, and visual solutions across various projects

• Assist in creative reviews and work collaboratively with junior creatives

• Aid in reviewing materials developed by external vendors

• Join the Creative team and cooperate with different departments within the company

• Strengthen brand consistency through exceptional aesthetics

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a creative discipline, such as Design, Advertising, or a related field

• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma

• Extensive experience in creating online deliverables, such as social media graphics, presentations, and landing pages

• Significant experience in producing offline materials, including event artwork and printed collateral

• High standards for aesthetic quality and a keen attention to detail

• Ability to manage deliverables independently from inception to completion

• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach

• Capability to interpret, challenge, and enhance creative briefs

• Curiosity and critical thinking regarding the use of AI in design

• Dedication to visual consistency and the ongoing evolution of the brand

• Solid understanding of branding principles

• Previous experience with B2B brands and/or startups is advantageous

• Familiarity with generative AI tools for creation, productivity, and animation (Gemini, Claude, etc.) is a plus
