Art Director

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, delivering strategic art direction, technical support, and prompt feedback throughout the production process.

• Manage the entire 3D Art pipeline, guaranteeing that projects achieve set standards for quality, efficiency, and profitability.

• Direct and supervise a team of 3D / 2D artists involved in game asset production projects.

• Guide the artistic direction and ensure it aligns with the overall visual style of the project.

• Facilitate communication with clients regarding artistic and technical issues.

• Determine which technologies to adopt and which to avoid.

• Establish art production pipelines in collaboration with clients.

• Guarantee the artistic quality of all deliverables.

• Clearly define art goals for game projects and lead the team to achieve these objectives.

• Offer mentorship, guidance, and feedback to promote artistic development and consistent high-quality 3D art delivery.

• Recruit and develop a proficient Art team.

• Assist in project scoping and support client acquisition initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in 3D art production for games, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

• Proficiency in standard industry software such as 3D Studio Max or Maya, Blender, Adobe Photoshop, Maxon Zbrush, and Adobe 3D Substance Painter.

• Expertise with game engines (Unreal and Unity).

• Strong artistic skills and the ability to provide visual feedback through paint-overs.

• Experience in creating and optimizing art pipelines.

• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with a proven history of successfully leading creative teams.

• A high level of English communication is essential.
