This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take ownership of and enhance the brand’s visual identity, ensuring uniformity and excellence across all platforms.
• Convert brand strategy into impactful visual systems.
• Spearhead the creation of high-quality designs for web, digital, print, social media, presentations, and campaign materials.
• Provide art direction for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and comprehensive brand assets.
• Offer clear visual guidance for internal teams (design, brand) as well as external collaborators.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, balancing deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of execution.
• A strong portfolio that showcases branding, marketing, digital, and web design projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with motion graphics, 3D design, and AI tools is a plus.
• A solid grasp of design principles, including typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
• Experience in brand design, campaign creation, and digital communications.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of execution.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Understanding of web design principles and basic front-end constraints (knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus).
• Experience in fintech or other fast-paced, regulated industries is advantageous.
• Proficient written and spoken English skills.
