• Accountable for spearheading and implementing the commercial strategy of New World Medical across a specified US region.
• Fostering revenue growth, enhancing sales force effectiveness, and boosting customer engagement for key NWM products.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership for the Domestic Surgical Sales organization within the assigned geography.
• Mentor and support Regional Sales Managers in coaching and managing the performance of Surgical Sales Consultants.
• Oversee the deployment and execution of the Surgical Sales team.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers and influential industry leaders.
• Collaborate with various functions and departments to align major strategies and effectively implement key corporate initiatives.
• Promote accountability through performance metrics, data analytics, and measures of sales effectiveness.
• Lead organizational change initiatives while fostering a culture of high performance.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device industry.
• At least 10 years of direct sales management experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sector.
• 3-5 years of experience in leading sales teams at a national or regional level, including managing first-line sales managers.
• Experience in Ophthalmology is highly preferred.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and sales analytics tools to enhance decision-making and forecast accuracy.
