This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Oversee the Therapy Advancement field team, which includes Regional Therapy Advancement Managers.
• Attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent through performance management, succession planning, and development strategies.
• Provide coaching and direct management of RTAM performance in partnership with their leadership.
• Identify key accounts and synchronize objectives with both area and national leadership.
• Establish commercial goals, ensure accountability, and guide the team in achieving organizational targets.
• Participate in the sales area leadership team to shape strategy and influence decision-making.
• Collaborate with health system administration and hospital leadership to enhance access to care and improve patient outcomes.
• Advocate for resources from Commercial Marketing, Professional Education, Health Economics & Market Access, and Strategic Customer Group.
• Raise awareness of atrial fibrillation and associated treatment options among hospital administrators, physicians, and referral networks.
• Link physicians with commercial and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Plan and implement national marketing projects and campaigns.
• Work together with field sales teams and maintain communication with RTAMs, sales leadership, and MedTech EP leadership.
• Ensure adherence to Health Care Compliance regulations, mandatory training, expense reporting, and administrative requirements.
• Stand and drive for extended periods, including while wearing a lead apron and observing electrophysiology cases.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Minimum of 4 years in sales and marketing is essential.
• Prior experience in the medical device sector is required.
• Experience in leading teams is necessary.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills are crucial.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships using a consultative approach.
• Proficient in establishing and maintaining strategic organizational relationships.
• An inclusive and growth-oriented visionary mindset is preferred.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%, including overnight stays and weekends.
• Must reside within or be open to relocating to the designated geography.
• Ability to drive and stand for long durations, especially while wearing a lead apron and observing electrophysiology cases.
• Preferred qualifications include prior sales and/or clinical experience in electrophysiology.
• Preferred qualifications also include prior sales and/or clinical experience in cardiovascular therapeutic areas.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
