This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Lead the Therapy Advancement field team, which includes Regional Therapy Advancement Managers.
• Design and supervise the implementation of marketing strategies for Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology.
• Coordinate efforts with U.S. Commercial Marketing and the Field Sales Organization to enhance patient access to therapies such as cardiac catheter ablation.
• Maximize resource allocation by collaborating with stakeholders in Professional Education, Health Economics and Market Access, and Strategic Customer Groups.
• Recruit, train, and retain talented individuals for the Therapy Advancement team.
• Oversee the performance, succession planning, and development planning of RTAMs.
• Identify key accounts and align goals with both area and national leadership.
• Establish commercial objectives, ensure accountability, and guide the team to achieve organizational targets.
• Participate in the sales area leadership team, influencing strategy and decision-making processes.
• Engage with health system administration and hospital leadership to promote access-to-care initiatives.
• Raise awareness of atrial fibrillation and related treatment options among hospital administrators, physicians, and referral networks.
• Connect physicians with commercial and strategic marketing efforts.
• Plan and implement national marketing projects and campaigns.
• Collaborate with field sales teams while maintaining effective communication with RTAMs and EP leadership.
• Adhere to Health Care Compliance regulations and complete necessary training, expense reporting, and administrative responsibilities.
• Be prepared to drive and stand for extended periods, including while wearing a lead apron and observing electrophysiology cases.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 8 years of professional work experience is necessary.
• A minimum of 4 years in sales and marketing experience is required.
• Previous experience in the medical device sector is essential.
• Experience in people leadership is necessary.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial.
• Ability to develop strong customer relationships through a consultative approach is important.
• Expertise in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships within an organization is required.
• An inclusive and growth-oriented/visionary mindset is preferred.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency is essential.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%, including overnight and/or weekend trips, is required.
• Candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to the specified geography.
• Preferred: prior sales and/or clinical experience in electrophysiology.
• Preferred: prior sales and/or clinical experience in cardiovascular therapeutic areas.
• Preferred: a Master’s degree or equivalent is advantageous.

• Must be capable of driving and standing for extended periods, particularly while wearing a lead apron and observing electrophysiology cases.
