This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Become a part of the Geneo team as an Area Sales Representative.
• Oversee inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), leads from trade shows, and digital inquiries.
• Execute discovery calls to evaluate opportunities, determine customer compatibility, and uncover business needs.
• Successfully close business remotely, encompassing both capital and consumable sales.
• Perform virtual product demonstrations and training sessions to facilitate customer onboarding.
• Ensure precise activity and conversion tracking within the CRM (Salesforce or a similar platform).
• Align with regional sales objectives across the West Coast territories.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to achieve mutual success.
• Assist field teams through virtual follow-up and appointment scheduling.
• Cultivate relationships with both potential and current customers.
• Minimum of 1 year of B2B inside or outside sales experience; experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in consultative, ROI-focused selling and managing leads from discovery to closure.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa settings is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales.
• Proficient in conducting virtual product demonstrations and comfortable using platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for managing leads and sales pipeline.
• Outstanding communication, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
