β’ Become a part of the Geneo team as an Area Sales Representative.
β’ Oversee inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), leads from trade shows, and digital inquiries.
β’ Execute discovery calls to evaluate opportunities, determine customer compatibility, and uncover business needs.
β’ Successfully close business remotely, encompassing both capital and consumable sales.
β’ Perform virtual product demonstrations and training sessions to facilitate customer onboarding.
β’ Ensure precise activity and conversion tracking within the CRM (Salesforce or a similar platform).
β’ Align with regional sales objectives across the West Coast territories.
β’ Collaborate with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to achieve mutual success.
β’ Assist field teams through virtual follow-up and appointment scheduling.
β’ Cultivate relationships with both potential and current customers.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of B2B inside or outside sales experience; experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry is highly preferred.
β’ Demonstrated success in consultative, ROI-focused selling and managing leads from discovery to closure.
β’ Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa settings is advantageous.
β’ Strong knowledge of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales.
β’ Proficient in conducting virtual product demonstrations and comfortable using platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or similar tools.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for managing leads and sales pipeline.
β’ Outstanding communication, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
