This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Become a part of the Geneo team as an Area Sales Representative.
• Oversee inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), trade show inquiries, and digital requests.
• Conduct discovery calls to evaluate potential opportunities, assess customer compatibility, and identify business requirements.
• Close sales remotely, encompassing both capital and consumable products.
• Perform virtual product demonstrations and training sessions to facilitate customer onboarding.
• Ensure accurate tracking of activities and conversions in CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Align with regional sales objectives across the West Coast territories.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to achieve mutual success.
• Assist field teams with virtual follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
• Cultivate relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• At least 1 year of B2B inside or outside sales experience; experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in consultative, ROI-driven selling and lead management from discovery through to closing.
• Familiarity with medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa environments is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
• Proficient in conducting virtual product demonstrations and comfortable using platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or similar.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for managing leads and sales pipelines.
• Outstanding communication, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
