This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Implementation of sales plans (sell-out) and the development of Excellent Stores
• Ensuring the availability and visibility of Unilever products in stores across northeastern Poland
• Managing a team of sales representatives: planning visits, reporting results, coaching, and team development
• Monitoring and enforcing promotional activities, launching new products, and sales tools
• Building relationships with key clients, including local and national chains
• Managing the sales and promotional budget
• Overseeing the quality of displays, placement of POSM materials, and inventory of equipment
• Close collaboration with KAM RLCH, KAM EC, KAM Distribution, and CDS regarding the development of Unilever products in stores
• Managing the EPOS account and reporting results
• Experience in managing a sales team and conducting on-the-job training (OJT) in an FMCG environment
• Ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions
• Effectiveness in achieving sales targets and managing performance
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Polish and at least B1 level proficiency in English
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
• Excellent organizational skills, independence, and resilience under stress
• Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills
