This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will lead a team of approximately 9 field sales representatives, coaching them in the field and fostering their professional and personal development β with the aim of creating a true high-performance culture.
β’ You will operationally implement the marketing and sales strategy in the gastronomy and extended OOH universe within your territory β spanning from the Baltic Sea through Berlin to Northern Bavaria β ensuring excellent execution.
β’ You will analyze sales figures, market trends, and competitive activities, identify growth opportunities, and consistently leverage them.
β’ You will manage your regional budget independently, ensuring that every investment delivers maximum return.
β’ You will build strong relationships with key accounts, beverage wholesalers, and gastronomy partners, maintaining these sustainably.
β’ You will represent Campari at trade fairs, events, and in daily customer interactions β showcasing genuine passion for our premium portfolio.
β’ You will serve as the central interface between field sales, customer & channel marketing, and internal business teams β collaboratively planning sales activities and ensuring seamless coordination.
β’ You will regularly travel within your territory, accompany your team, and stay closely connected to the market.
β’ You hold a completed commercial training or a relevant business degree β combined with several years of sales experience, ideally in the On Trade or FMCG sector.
β’ You possess at least 4 years of experience in leading and developing a larger team.
β’ You are a strong leadership and sales personality with excellent communication skills, negotiation prowess, and assertiveness.
β’ You think like an entrepreneur β economically, solution-oriented, and always with an eye on the bigger picture.
β’ You interpret data confidently, derive actionable measures, and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
β’ You have a profound understanding of premium brands and share our enthusiasm for the Campari portfolio.
β’ You effortlessly build relationships and maintain a strong network in the industry.
β’ You are proficient in using CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital platforms.
β’ You hold a Class B driving license, are willing to travel extensively, and ideally reside in Berlin or its surroundings.
