This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Drive the sales performance (volume, revenue, distribution coverage) of Campari France portfolio brands among HoReCa clients, independent wine merchants, distributors, and cash & carry wholesalers, adhering to prescriber channel procedures and commercial policies.
• Establish and nurture a sustainable customer base of HoReCa accounts and independent wine retailers through focused action plans and promotional initiatives.
• Cultivate local business relationships with distributors and cash & carry wholesalers, in alignment with national agreements established by National Accounts Management.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the Resale Action Plan (PAR) and guarantee the optimal use of resources and investments at customer locations.
• Conduct regular and structured customer visits, documenting activities through entries in the Phoenix CRM system.
• Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate recording and documentation of all clients.
• Enhance brand visibility using generic POS materials (PLV) or specific tools (e.g., window displays).
• Organize accompaniment tours with wholesalers’ sales teams to bolster promotional initiatives and listed brands.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide consistent feedback to your line manager.
• Adhere to the allocated commercial and marketing budgets and expense allowances entrusted to you.
• Actively and constructively engage in all commercial meetings and training sessions organized by the Regional Director.
• Background in the beverage industry and familiarity with the prescriber channel (on-trade/HoReCa).
• A sense of curiosity and empathy.
• In-depth product knowledge.
• Proficiency in sales methods and techniques.
• Capability to work independently while adhering to an established framework.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to rigor.
