Area Sales Manager – Mortgage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Accountable for leading, developing, and enhancing a high-performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs).

• Propel significant growth, manage recruitment pipelines, and ensure consistent production performance.

• Enhance FourLeaf’s visibility through targeted business development initiatives.

• Establish a scalable sales culture, increase market penetration, and oversee the execution of sales strategies.

• Track and manage production performance to ensure that objectives are achieved.

• Cultivate strategic partnerships with business associates and identify opportunities for expansion into new markets.

• Coordinate educational sessions, seminars, and workshops for team members and referral partners.

• Maintain a strong awareness of team engagement and proactively address any retention challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Mortgage Lending.

• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.

• Proven track record in mortgage origination with a solid understanding of residential lending products.

• Demonstrated capability to lead, mentor, and inspire Mortgage Loan Officers in a results-oriented environment.

• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and nurturing MLO talent, with a strong ability to establish and maintain effective recruiting pipelines.

• Licenses: NMLS Required.
