This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Exemplify leadership in account management and site operations.
• Provide support, mentorship, and development for a diverse team of account managers and field service engineers.

• Serve as both a technical and commercial resource for complex challenges.
• Oversee adherence to safety, environmental, and corporate policies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and allocation of resources.
• Drive initiatives focused on efficiency and cost control.
• Identify market trends and opportunities within the ArkLaTx and North TX region.
• Lead regional initiatives to broaden Solenis’ presence.
• Assist with product launches and the adoption of innovations to foster market-differentiated growth.
• Strong experience in industrial water treatment, particularly with boiler systems, cooling towers, or wastewater management.
• Demonstrated experience in treating high-pressure boilers (1000+ PSI) or overseeing complex chemical programs for process-critical steam systems.
• Familiarity with boiler treatment chemistries (such as oxygen scavengers, amines, phosphates), cooling water cycles, and wet lab testing methods.
• Understanding of chemical feed systems, sampling techniques, and monitoring tools.
• Capacity to communicate effectively with operations and utilities teams with credibility and clarity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline preferred (Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science); relevant industry experience may be considered as a substitute.
• At least 7 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in refining, chemicals, or heavy industry.
• Willingness to travel within the area (40%).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.
